Meet Liz.
She lives on your PC.
Liz (short for Elizabeth) is an AI companion with her own personality, memories and stories to tell. Talk to her out loud, and she talks back through her animated 3D avatar. She grows and changes the longer you know her.

More than a chatbot
Liz has likes and dislikes, a life of her own, and opinions you'll have to work to change. And she can actually help out around your computer.
She remembers
Long and short term memory that survives a shutdown. She picks up where you left off.
Her own personality
Likes, dislikes and opinions, each with their own ratings. She evolves over time and loves to share.
Talk out loud
Push-to-talk or always listening. Interrupt her anytime, or let her start the conversation herself.
3D animated avatar
Liz gestures and reacts on screen. Swap in your own VRM character made in VRoid Studio if you like.
Looks things up
Searches the web, reads the news, checks the weather, sets timers and tells you the time anywhere.
Music and videos
"Play something" and she pulls it up on YouTube. She can open searches and pages in your browser too.
Sees your screen
Ask her to check your screen and she'll take a look. Handy when you're stuck on something.
Camera, when asked
Hold something up and ask "what am I holding?" She snaps one photo and tells you what she sees.
Always improving
A motion capture update is in the works for smoother, more life-like movement.
Your companion, on your computer
Liz runs on a language model on your own PC through LM Studio. Your conversations aren't sent off to a cloud chatbot.
- Runs locally. Once installed, she doesn't need internet to chat.
- Pictures stay put. Screen and camera images go only to the model on your machine and aren't saved.
- Web on request. She only goes online for lookups, weather, news and videos, and only opens a short list of trusted sites.
- You're in control. Turn off web features or vision entirely with one setting.

Questions
What's the difference between the free guide and the full package?
The free guide walks you through installing the open source software a local AI voice setup needs, so you can build a basic one yourself. The full package is Liz: her scripts, memory, personality, custom viewer and avatar.
Do I need to be online?
You need internet to download and install everything. After that, Liz chats fully offline. She only uses the internet when you ask her to look something up, check the weather or play a video.
Does it work with AMD graphics cards?
Yes. Liz was built and tested on an AMD RX 7700 XT. What matters most is having around 12 GB of video memory.
Can I use my own character?
Yes. Make a character in VRoid Studio, export it as a VRM 0.x file, and drag it onto the Liz viewer window.
Does she ever look through my camera on her own?
No. She only takes a photo or a screenshot when you ask her to, and the picture goes only to the model on your computer. Nothing is saved.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The full package is a one-time purchase. The motion add-on will be a separate, optional purchase.
